What is Your Pricing Policy?

RestNestiQ makes every effort to have the lowest price on the internet for daily deals on the day they are offered for sale, regarding the many different sales across our platforms, available at different times. This means that you will not find a lower price anywhere from a valid seller with an identical product. It is possible, on occasion, that you may find a lower price for the same thing on an eBay listing, but they are often used and we can't gauge the quality of the company or their service, so we don't even try to compare our product prices to them. Or, it may be us selling the product new to you on eBay as our own sales channel at an even cheaper price, when applicable. We often list the "Retail Price" of an item for comparison purposes. This is typically the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price or MSRP. Products are sold below MSRP in many instances, especially watches and jewelry. On the other hand, many of the top brands often don't allow any discounting from MSRP by their retailers except in special situations. We do not attempt to portray the "Street Value" of an item. The street value fluctuates too much to effectively follow and there is no standard on which to base this price. You can get estimates of the price an item typically sells for elsewhere, on sites like Google Shopping or Amazon.com. Most of the time, however, we will have the best price, and usually by a generous margin. That is our goal with all our curated products!

How long does delivery from RestNestiQ take?

At RestNestiQ, each seller operates under their own shipping timeframes, which can vary depending on the product and location. Most sellers ship orders within the timeframe they've listed. If a seller fails to fulfill an order within their stated timeframe, we proactively reach out to them to either proceed with fulfillment or provide a valid reason for the delay. This helps ensure that customer orders are handled as efficiently as possible.

Can I track my delivery?

You can find the tracking number for your order by logging into your account and navigating to the Orders page. Click the order number and you will see the "Order Details" and corresponding tracking information directly on our website. Otherwise, click the tracking number under "Shipping Details" or copy it into your browser to view the details on the shipping carrier's website (USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx).

What happens if my order is damaged?

In rare cases where you receive a damaged product, we may ask you to provide photo or video evidence for verification. Once we receive the evidence, we file a claim with the seller and proceed according to the seller's policies. Based on the situation and your preference, we offer a resolution—either a replacement or refund—with the seller's involvement.

Can I get a refund on digital products?

Digital files on RestNestiQ are generally advertised as non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues with a digital file, we encourage you to contact us right away.
Our team works promptly to resolve the issue. In rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund for your satisfaction, in coordination with the seller.

When will I receive my digital products?

Digital products are in most cases delivered instantly. However, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours depending on the product purchased. If 24 hours has passed, and you are having trouble viewing your digital product, (check your spam folder and add us to your contact list please!) please reach out at contact@RestNestiQ.com.

Do you charge for shipping? Is it refundable?

For orders purchased directly from RestNestiQ, shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on some products when listed explicitly. Digital products have no shipping cost. Our brand affiliates, and their shipping policy, will be listed at checkout. This shipping charge is refundable only in the rare case that your order is not shipped (e.g. if it is cancelled), or your item arrives damaged, defective or the wrong item. Note: For a "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse" return, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
